What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

We do have some terms and conditions for shipping though!
– Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2pm.
– Shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events.
– Shipping is only available on weekdays.
– Local shipment immediately after payment.
– International 4-7 working days

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  1. For approved refund, SuzieBeauty may provide a refund in a form of credit voucher or via the original payment method. Refund by payment method may take up to 10 working days.
  2. Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered doesn’t match the order placed.
  3. Return period: 7 days
  4. If seal broken product will not be accepted.
  5. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or if there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please have the following details on hand:
– Image of Item/parcel(s) received
– Name of Item
– Order Number

SUZIEBEAUTY HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT UNSOLICITED PRODUCTS, IF NECESSARY.

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund will be issued to you.
